Crystal Spillman is the Financial Controller who works with the CFO to ensure that the organization’s assets and resources are used to further the mission of Addiction Recovery Care. Crystal knows that in order for ARC to continue changing the lives of thousands of people across eastern Kentucky, it is important that the financial resources of the company are used in a way that benefits the maximum number of employees, clients, and stakeholders. Crystal believes that by providing timely, accurate and concise financial information to ARC’s management team, they will be able to make the best decisions possible to positively impact those we serve.
Crystal has worked in the finance and accounting industry for over ten years and has experience working with a wide range of different types of businesses. During her more than five years with ARC, Crystal has helped to implement numerous accounting, payroll, time keeping, and expense tracking systems. Through her work, Crystal has been able to improve the overall productivity and efficiency of the finance department.
Crystal holds a BBA in Accounting from Morehead State University as well as an MBA in Accounting from Wilmington University.
