Dr. Billy C. Noble came to Addiction Recovery Care in October 2014 and currently serves in the positions as Director of Client Services and the company Compliance Officer. Prior to coming to ARC Billy was commissioned as a 2nd Lieutenant in the United States Army and served as the Executive Officer for E Troop 397th CAV 100 Division. Billy spent the next 23 years working in the field of addictions treatment for two Community Mental Health Centers serving as a counselor, Residential program Director and Director of Outpatient Services.
Billy earned a BS degree in Sociology from Union College, a Masters of Justice Administration degree from the University of the Cumberlands and a Doctorate of Ministry from Andersonville Seminary. He is Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor, Certified DUI Assessor and DUI Educator.
Billy is also currently serving as a Board Member for the Kentucky State Board of Alcohol and Drug Counselors and is a national surveyor for CARF international. He lives in Salt Lick KY where he is also the senior minister of the Farmers Christian Church.
