Kayla Parsons is the Deputy Chief of Staff for Development and Projects. Kayla came to Addiction Recovery Care as a client in August 2016. After she completed residential treatment at Karen’s Place she was a part of the inaugural class of the Peer Support Specialist Academy and graduated in May 2017. Since that time she transferred to the corporate office where she worked outreach until being placed in her current role.
As Deputy Chief of Staff for Development and Projects, Kayla works a variety of projects for the CEO’s Office including special projects, curriculum development, external communications, mission advancement, and marketing. Her passion is telling the story of Addiction Recovery Care and the lives that are being changed every day.
Kayla is currently pursuing her Bachelors in Business Administration from University of the Cumberlands. She received ARC’s Female Rookie of the Year for 2018. Kayla, her husband Jason, and her two children live in Louisa, KY.
